In my headshot sessions, I focus on capturing shots from above the chest to bring out a variety of facial expressions that reflect your individuality. I encourage bringing multiple clothing options for diverse looks during the session, with durations ranging from 15 minutes to 3 hours, depending on your specific needs.







During our portrait sessions, I experiment with different lighting and backgrounds, capturing a wide range of looks. We'll review the images together, narrowing them down to the standout shot that I will be editing for you. We will utilize this process as both a focus tool and coaching method to bring out your best self in front of the camera.







At the end of the session, you can choose the final image(s) to purchase covering unlimited personal use licensing. I offer complimentary professional retouching, and processed images are usually ready within one week.

All bookings for Diana's Headshot and Portrait services for Salon Sessions with partnering salons are booked through our online booking system. If you don't see your session, feel free to use the chat function within the system to get help or reach out via email.

Anyone can attend as long as they have a booked timeslot. There is special discounted pricing for those who have booked services with the partnering salon.

In the case of cancellations, you’ll have the option to fill the spot with another client, or if the minimum isn’t met, the salon covers the difference.

Can salons choose the session frequency, or is it on a fixed schedule?

The frequency is flexible based on interest! Weekly, monthly, or seasonal sessions can be arranged.

What setup requirements does the salon need to prepare for?

Diana will assess your salon space beforehand to choose the ideal spot to set up. Minimal space is needed, and the mobile setup is quick and non-disruptive.

Is there flexibility for clients to request specific styles or backgrounds?

Diana will work with each client to personalize their session based on the package they’ve purchased.

How far in advance does the salon need to schedule a session day?

We recommend scheduling at least 2–3 weeks in advance to allow for adequate planning and promotion.

Can clients add makeup touch-ups or styling before their photos?

Yes! This is a great opportunity to upsell additional salon services, enhancing the final photo result. The client is responsible for arriving at their onsite salon session camera-ready.

What should a salon do if they need to cancel or reschedule a Salon Session day?

Simply reach out to Diana with as much notice as possible to reschedule. If it’s over a weeks worth of notice there will be no penalty. If it’s under a week's notice the salon will be subject to a 50% fee (of revenue that was booked for that session).

Can I add makeup touch-ups or styling before my photo?

Simply reach out to Diana with as much notice as possible to cancel. Rescheduling with at the same salon location will depend on whether your salon has another session booked with Diana. Feel free to book at an alternate salon, but keep in mind the special client discount only applies if you’ve booked services with the salon.

Your photos will only be shared publicly with your signed consent. Diana provides a release form to ensure your privacy preferences are respected.

Diana is dedicated to client satisfaction. She works with you before the shoot offering guidance documents to review, and during the session to ensure you’re happy with the images. You will have access to see your images in real-time during the session and you will make your selections of your favourite image(s) before leaving the salon.
